In a pickle
Hi Sorry for all my questions today! I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment. I spent all day building up my puppy linux (wary) and got it to the point where it was just right! It saves to DVD after each session. I was going to back it all up and 'freeze it' if you like so it's the same after e...

My Right Click in ROX cant create New Scripts
Hi
I'm in Wary and when I right click into a window I can only create a new Directory or Blank file. All the other stuff ( like Create New Script) is missing.
Do I re-install Rox ? I've got things just right so I'm afraid to muck anything up at the moment!
Thanks

Moving multisession Wary from DVD to Blu-Ray
Hi
I've got Wary set up so that it saves to DVD after you logout.
It's really good this feature.....
If I want to move all of that over to a Blue Ray drive and get it to carry on writing is this easy to do? Can someone shed some light on it please?
Thanks.

Earth to Meeki come in over I've been asking on the forums about something and they have sent me here hoping you can help me. Fingers crossed! I installed Lighthouse 64 the other day - it's really good! It works a treat on my AMD 4400. I wanted to make some music with it but I can't see where I can ...

Help with wineasio 64 bit
Hi there Sorry if I am making your thread go completely off topic! Someone suggested I post a message here as you might be able to help... I am trying to hunt down a wineasio.dll for 64 bit puppy. I've tried various wineasio's that are .deb's in Ubuntu ( 64 bit) but nothing has worked. Please can an...

Just want to add if anyone knows where I can contact the Lighthouse 64 people about this I would be most obliged. I've tried the other Lighthouse distros on my AMD and they don't work properly.....this is the only one that works without a hitch. I downloaded an all in one audio.sfs (fa 64 tdog) and ...

No midi with Puppy 5
Hi everyone I can't get my Midi interfaces to be seen in Puppy Linux 5 in Wine. No matter what I try / distros ( in terms of Lucid version 5s) they do not get seen in Jack. That includes Puppy Studio 3.3 where it sees nothing in terms of midi inputs within jack. When I use Puppy 4.31 it sees them fi...

Cor Puppy Linux is evolving nicely
Hi I've just fired up Lucid 5.2.8....... It's really nice. I think Openbox is a lovely looking WM. I like the minimise, maximise and close icons on the borders of the windows - they are nice and square and for once they got it right! I often muck around with these things in Ubuntu / Puppy and never ...

No midi in Puppy Studio 3.3
Hi there Here's a random one for you. I find that I'm not getting any midi outputs through wine using Puppy Studio 3.3 ( which uses 5.11 ). Instead of listing Wine Output Client 129 or Midi Through Port in the list of midi outputs it just lists some weird characters. I've found this on different pcs...

Old Thinkpad and wireless PCMCIA prob
Hi There Unfortunately I bought a Thinkpad R40e recently off ebay. It really sucks! It's got USB 1.1 and a rubbish Mobile celeron 2ghz. Oh well! I like the challenge of getting it to work though despite it's awful specs...that's half the fun isn't it. It doesn't have wireless built in so I thought I...

Ok understood.
