Installed the PET for 32-bit version, no warnings or errors, working on my Xenialpup32.
Just started playing with it, looks like it'll be very useful for me.
Thanks!

Hi John99, I see you're looking at switching Puppies but I just thought I'd share this. In case you haven't yet, have you tried KeepassX? I use that on my Xenialpup and use the KeePassDroid app on my Android phone. I use the same database; I just copy it from my Puppy machine and onto my phone and K...

I can confirm that this works with (paid) Private Internet Access (PIA). I have it working on two machines, one running xenialpup32 and the other xenialpup64 and it's working very well on both, rock solid. Thanks, OscarTalks! :P Everything worked exactly as per your instructions. Here's how I did it...

This link might also give some pointers, it's how I got PIA vpn to work: How to get Private Internet Access running in Tahr? http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=107366 . It was a while ago and I can't remember exactly how I muddled through but it still seems to be working on both my Tahrpup...

On my Tahrpup using mainly Pale Moon, the Firefox add-on "Download YouTube Videos as MP4 1.8.8" also works in Pale Moon for me:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... d-youtube/
(I just click the "Add to Firefox" button and let it install right into Pale Moon.)

Maybe Photorec? I had some success reading from CDs that looked otherwise blank (I think the person who put the data on the CDs used Nero or some such under Windows). PhotoRec is file data recovery software designed to recover lost files including video, documents and archives from hard disks, CD-RO...

I modified stu90's script so I can save several videos at once. I'd found myself with several instructional videos open in separate tabs in Firefox and wanted an easier way to save them all. (I still need to fix my brother's Xbox360's RROD!) So, I used stu90's script above (thanks, stu90!) and came ...

Terrific! I got it to work on my Puppy 5.0.1. Note, I installed the .deb version. I thought I'd share a couple of wrinkles I had to iron out: Teamviewer complained about running as root so I went with seaside's suggestion above about editing teamviewer.desktop. I don't remember exactly what happened...

Since you've been able to sync twice already, this might help. For me, I realised I could get my PDA to sync consistently when I pressed Hotsync on my PDA before clicking the sync button in JPilot. Also, if I don't give enough of a pause between the two (i.e., less than about a second), I'd get the ...

Ha, yes. Same. I still don't really know what "indexed" is either, so thanks for that link. I'll try to learn.
By the way, that link to the Wikipedia article has an extra "L" at the end... here's the link again (fixed):

Ah, now I see! At first I couldn't find the Save as File Format JPEG option either. I'd created a new image in mtpaint, saved as PNG, re-opened it again in mtpaint, tried to save but still didn't see the Save As JPEG option. Then I realised that when I created my test image, I used the default of &q...

For a keyboard shortcut, try:
ALT + 1 (switches to desktop 1)
ALT + 2 (to switch to desktop 2)
(and so on)
I just found out about this myself from here: http://tinycorelinux.com/forum/index.php?topic=2923.0.
Ah, all those years of not knowing...! Thanks for the question!
