Hey don't go jumping through hoops on my account. ;) But having Chromium as an option for others would be a good thing I guess. I'm completely happy with 486 as-is, running current firefox straight out of the unpacked tar, wine is letting my use foobar2000, gkrellm installed from source without a hi...

Thanks! Man I've been away too long, I remember being all over http://packages.debian.org. Now I got /usr/lib/Chromium/chromium: /usr/lib/libxslt.so.1: no version information available (required by /usr/lib/Chromium/chromium) /usr/lib/Chromium/chromium: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/Chromium/chromiu...

Looking for libs in all the wrong places.

Wanted to be able to get in Google hangouts, my camera works in Webcam Viewer so I thought I would try it out. In Firefox the hangout plugin seemed to install but always crashes, pretty sure SeaMonkey would exhibit the same behavior. I wanted to try Chrome because I thought the hangout plugin would ...

On second thought, does tubeguy still have room on his site, and of course would he still be willing to share some of it for a Puppy project? tubeguy? You bet. (Your stuff is still there BTW) Anyone can PM me and I will set you up with a directory under tubeguy.org/puppy and ftp password of your ch...

No offense intended to tubeguy, who is a great and generous guy (I remember him from the original dpup days and for the site he offered the Puppy community). I like some of his other pictures better, that's all. 1. it was the first art posted for the new CE and thus is groundbreaking 2. it is a mas...

Well obviously a space-time filament of some sort has intersected your location and a bit of frame dragging disturbed the continuum.

I dunno, my setup looks pretty clean. But ultimately I care about performance and reliability so any changes I make to the way a setup looks are based on pride and ego. I have old machines and it's more important that they work well and keep working well. http://tubeguy.org/precise10-27-13scaled.jpg
