there is a lot of advancement since i wrote this post so things have somewhat improved. but there is still a long way to go. quickpet does need a few things worked on mainly the option to save to Download folder.

i just wonder why its been missed that is all. can somebody please tell me why this is. Have added it to the versions on the wiki, which is also out of date. http://puppylinux.org/wikka/Versions if you look into it you will see that Think Linux is built on quirky 1.2 not 1.3 as stated on the above ...

it would be great to have warnings pop up to say that not all ubuntu apps work on puppy linux. Why puppy does not seem to stand up? No idea...Puppy works for me...although there seems to be less apps in the PPM compared to the other Distro's Package manager the forum serves this purpose... It really tells that Puppy is a community driven Distro...If your not much of a reader or forum searche...
