URL not working
Hey mister, the URL you supplied me does not work. No response from server, do you think you could put it on a European or US server because the Chinese one blocks my ass out? Besides that, thank you very much for making the pet.

Pet package
Hi again. Could you make a .PET for 2.6.38.3 because I don't want to burn a new CD to upgrade. The PET for 2.6.38.2 was fine so could you do the same for 2.6.38.3 ? Thanks.

Pet for 2.6.38.3
Could you make a pet package with 2.6.38.3 with working sound? It would be fantastic because everything else works fast and furiously.

Sound problem
This is great with kernel 2.6.38.2, BUT the sound card isn't recognized, at least not by alsamixer. Alsaconf finds the card and configures it but the mixer is broken. The card is a Intel Corp 82801FB/FBM/FR/FW/FRW AC'97 Audio Controller. Second thing is that APM/ACPI or whatever it is called does no...

Broken Startup-folder
Hello. For a while back I have noticed that the files in /root/Startup/ aren't executed on X startup so my question is where is the code for executing the files in Startup. I guess there is a "for each $@ in Startup/"-line somewhere but I can't find it after a couple of weeks of searching....

Hugepage patch
Can someone apply the 200 line cgroup patch as well as the hugepage patch to a kernel that we all can use in PuppyLinux? Look at the results of hugepage patch here: http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=linux_transparent_hugepages&num=1 Thanks in advance, Jonathan 2.6.33.2 with ...

cgroup patching puppylinux
Okay, this is how I did it, BUT DO NOTICE THAT mount -t cgroup DOES NOT WORK WITH KERNEL 2.6.33.2! Can someone take a look at implementing cgroup in kernel? Add the following commands in your /etc/rc.d/rc.local (open it with: geany /etc/rc.d/rc.local) file: mkdir -p /dev/cgroup/cpu mount -t cgroup c...

Where does pupX save its information?
Hi. Where does pupX save its information? I can't make the pupX settings to stay after a reboot. /Regards Jonathan I fixed my own problem - the settings were in my case saved in /root/.xinitrc and /root/.xset.sh This could be the bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxinput/+bug/563530

Battery life
Hi. I can't confirm the increased battery life, but I sent a message to Zwane (programmer of the p4clockmod module) asking for a revert to the old setting when it worked. Let's wait for his reply and I'll post it here. In WinXP the lower throttle decreased the fan noise level because the temperature...

No support for speedstep
No, the only working module is p4clockmod, the three speedstep modules don't load when I select them in Clock Frequency Scaling Tool. The issue is with the kernel module p4clockmod that has been changed where the cpuinfo.transition_latency should be 1000000, but has been changed in 2.6.30+ to 100000...
