Is there anyway to change or remove the splash screen when puppy v. 1.0.2 boots up. The first time it came up, it scared the sh*t out of me.

I've made a remastered version of my Puppy, but I keep losing my desktop background and the icons that I've set up. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to keep my desktop appearance.

Anyone interested in installing a Citrix Client on their puppy installation? I've got it up and running. Just download the new version from the citrix website and add a missing file libXam.so.3 to the lib directory and you're good to go.

I tried making a remaster cd, but none of the files that I had saved appeared on the remastered cd. Right now, I'm using puppy v 1.01. Is remastering a live cd supposed to copy everything that i've done?? It seemed like it only copied what was in my /usr directory.

I'm trying to install a citrix client on puppy so that I can access some things at school. Does anyone have any idea how I can do this? I'm running into all sorts of permissions errors. I thought in puppy, I was root.
