Click on drive icon opens pmount

I know this has to be a config setting but I can't seem to locate it.

I'm using Tahr pup 6.05. when I click on one of the drive icons on the pinboard it opens amount instead of a rox folder. Works fine on my other computers so it has to be a setting. Please set me straight

I am using Tahr pup 6.0.5. I need to create a few URL shortcuts on the onboard. I can seem to get it to work. I get permission errors. All I do is create the path to Firefox.desktop and then in the pass arguments section I put http://www.mcran.com. I tried no quotes, as well as single and double quo...

How to change the root user?

Is it possible and advisable to change the root user and password to something else? I want to use my own user I'd and password instead of the default that comes with puppy Linux.

I'm using Tahr pup 6.0.3.

I used pfind and what I did was select all of the search results and then under the action menu used the copy option to copy them to a directory and then open them in Audacious. This way I can select the files I want to include in my show. Once my show is done I can delete the directory containing t...

I was just thinking while in my Tahr pup session if Ii can use rsync or one of the backup utilities to keep my save folder backed up in real-time somewhere else.

Does the destination have to be root for this to work?

I discovered something really cool. I put my fstab password files in root so that if I have to copy my Tahr save file to another computer, fstab works beautifully and all my shares mount without any issues. I tried it and it works perfectly!!!
