3.5.1

Thanks Watchdog, the pet works perfect on Upup Raring 3.9.9.2

But just as with the 3.4.1, I'm always getting a message about some certificate not valid or too old, and asking me if I accept it.
Maybe this has something to do with the old Upup Raring?

Yes if somebody could make a pet or SFS of the latest version 3.5.1 that would be great.
The 3.4.3 pet doesn't work on Upup Raring 3.9.9.2, it doesn't start.
The 3.4.1 SFS works fine, but I'd rather use 3.5.1

Yes you are right, I had first change to ./opt Can I now just leave it like it is? And always start it from ./opt/seamonkey and click on the Seamonkey with the gearwheel icon? Because I'm afraid if I start to copy things and move files around, I will mess it up and then I have to start all over agai...

Thanks anikin!
Now i have a working and updating Seamonkey in Upup Raring :D
I can open it through ./opt, but maybe I can make a shortcut or access it through the menu? Because the menu entrance now for Seamonkey are dead links to the old version.

in /usr/lib/seamonkey I found the 2.19, the old original Seamonkey from Upup Raring, it was still functional, but not updating, I deleted that already.
I have no idea where the 2.46 went to.

Seems like the more you try to remove a Seamonkey, the more it multiplies

I went there, and I found Seamonkey 2.19, the original of Upup Raring, and still working!
I deleted those files, so that 2.19 should be gone, but now I can still start Seamonkey 2.23 from the menu :?

Hello anikin, Thanks for your help, but there are now 2 Seamonkeys on my Puppy, but I cannot remove any of them. One is the old 2.23, but it does not show up in the "uninstall" of Puppy package manager, and it doesn't show up in the "remove built-in packages". And the other one i...

Now Seamonkey seems to have been installed, I could see the progress in the terminal, but afterwards when I start it, it's still the old Seamonkey 2.23, that is "insecure" and doesn't update.
The new Seamonkey is nowhere to be found..
Even after reboot

Thanks anikin!
But the thing with the tilde doesn't work, I don't know why.
Nothing happens when I push it.
I've downloaded the Seamonkey now in "downloads", how should I go further?
Sorry, as you can see I'm clueless about many simple things.. :?

updating seamonkey

Or maybe there is something I can change in the settings so that it doesn't seem "insecure" any more?

Two factor authentication is clearly a complete scam. It's a scam, just to get your phone number. And it's also part of the "War against the password". A long and complicated password is almost impossible to break, while mobile phone text messages are very easy to intercept, they are not e...

Thanks Smithy, but the instructions on that link are a little too complicated for my nooby brain  Pemasu did make a nvidia driver for Wheezy, but not a Catalyst. For Upup Raring he supplied a good driver for the AMD card: the 13.4 catalyst driver. I'm using that driver on Upup Raring, it work...
