How to disable bluetooth/wifi?

For security purposes, I need to make sure any/all wireless is completely deactivated.

Are bluetooth/wifi/etc disabled by default? If not, how do I do so?

Thanks for the links.

I'm guessing FatDog is for 64bit computing. Is this something that can be added onto slacko? Or is it 'its own' distro?

I'm not quite sure what the other two links are for.

Slacko is geared toward the latest hardware. Is the latest ver of Slacko Puppy (slacko-5.3.3-4g) the best suited then for very large amounts of RAM etc? I read somewhere there was a 4GB puppy version and a 64GB(?) version, but the 64GB was an old version of puppy. I'm guessing 5.3.3-4g is 4GB ram (...
