Can anyone provide a link for nvidia 304.xx for k-3.9.11? I'm using a nvidia geforce 6200 and would like to use it instead of nouveau.
Any help is appreciated.

Ooop. It looks like there is 2 rows in file doing the same thing. /root/.packages/PKGS_MANAGEMENT At the end of the file there should be only one like this: PKG_REPOS_ENABLED=' Packages-ubuntu-raring-main Packages-ubuntu-raring-multiverse Packages-ubuntu-raring-universe Packages-puppy-noarch-offici...

That pre suffix is sure sign that PPM udpate has failed. If there is none of those, the processing of databases has not failed. I dont know what went wrong. I suppose you have restarted X for testing that something in /tmp is not interfering. Restarting X flushes /tmp content. I restarted x and sti...

dogbert0360. I just updated PPM, I didnt update puppy databases, just ubuntu ones. I updated ok and PPM restarted as it should. You should check /root/.packages. If there are in the middle of the processing files like /root/.packages/Packages-ubuntu-raring-main pre , it indicates that processing of...

PPM stopped working...
Just installed Upup 3.9.8.1 and was able to update PPM. When I attempted to do a restart it would not come back up. All I got was a brief window about updating list. I kept waiting and trying but nothing happened.
What can I do to get my PPM back working?

Update....
Well now it seems to be fine. I went into PPM update and chose the ones I wanted and left it on while I slept for several hours. When I woke up I went to check and it was finished. It still wasn't right and I did some fan-dangling and now I have the software indexes that I want. What I want to know ...

(@p310don) Downloaded Clementine.pet and installed but would not work. I was able to find amarok 1.4 in .sfs and surprisingly it worked. Not as nice as Clementine but I'll take it. And yes I know Clementine is a amarok knockoff. Can't understand why Clementine is so hard to get working on Puppy Linu...
