RE: To narrow things down, can you try to load the libreoffi
To narrow things down, can you try to load the libreoffice sfs from the bootmanager please? Menu>System>Schedule>Bootmanager Interesting. LibreOffice 3.6 now shows up. 5.3.6.5 loses LibreOffice-3.5.3_en-US.sfs
Greetings, I have 3.3.6.5 running OK on a Toshiba Satellite laptop. 3.3.6.0 ran fine on my ol' HP Mini, but 5.3.6.5 does not show LibreOffice. I re-downloaded the .sfs file, but loading and unloading the sfs has no apparent effect. No menu items, nothing in /opt. The devx sfs is loaded. And everythi...

Slacko 5.3.6.0 Beta on Toshiba Satellite
I installed on a Toshiba Satellite laptop L355-S7915 and most everything works well. I was able to install slackware 14 packages and got OpenDNS (via dnscrypt-proxy) working fine. I use sylpheed email and was able to migrate seamlessly after adding the sylpheed 3.0.3 package. The one PROBLEM I notic...
