I have had the problem not geting a ip with dhcp after a number of boots. I have tested it on all install types and live cd with same result,s. It seem,s to be with the network wizard ? Now i have put my wireless setup in the rc.local file so far all is working but i am still not done testing yet . ...

I have 211 on 2 pc,s and gxine work,s good and one uses the i810 driver?
Maybe you got a bad download ?

I can boot slax, dsl.knoppix , ubunto on my usb cdrom it would be nice if puppy would also.
May be in puppy 2.11 ?

Then it says can,t find puppy on ide cdrom.
Seems like it can,t find usb at this point?

The univerasl installer installs it and all the files are on the pen drive.
When booting it boot,s part way then it appers it canot find the usb drive.

Got my zadas 1211 usb working with it on my compaq desktop .

Im posting this with my HP T5515 128 meg flash 128 meg ram.
With puppy 202 wit cup's for printing.
It will also boot from usb pen drive .
You can get thes new for $130.00 with 3 year warantey.
I dont know how much you whant to spend .
Al most fogot it has 800 mhz cpu.

Worked great on puppy 202 was up and runing in 10 mintes
including down load,s.
My printer ia hp3520 usb.

Under puppy 201 my usb zydas wireless worked great.
Up graded to 202 evrey thig went well exept for the zydas module.
I ran the zydas pup still no work.

I had the same problem.
Run gpated from the live cd and see if your usb stick shows the boot flag.
Mine didnt so iset to boot with gparted and it work,s now

Yes i wiped the card and re formated it.
The pic i took with my new Nikon E4600.
It works great with puppy it has a seting for usb storage so it show,s up as a usb drive.

The install work,s untill you reboot and you get this

I now have sound on my Toshiba Tecra 780dvd.
The alsa found the sound card and set it up right.
I have never got it to work with any other of the pups.
