4 gb of ram, but my Intel based Dell have the same amount and suspends instantly, the same Hard drive. Im trying to use Puppy with Dell Optiplex 740 motherboard, it works fine, except it takes almost 2 minutes to complete suspend to Ram. No problem with waking up.
