Cairo Clock Themes

This is my collection of 8 Cairo clock themes, all derived from my own artwork. All are my own designs, save for the Amiga clock and Android Clock. For the Pacman theme you need the seconds hand enabled. For the Garfield clocks, you need the Garfield font installed. http://s28.postimg.org/6ugjb8mbd/...

This is a port of a theme from Pekwm called "Tango". I've seen it before in screenshots, and it looks very consistent with Clearlooks and Murrine GTK themes, as well as others of similarity. Note that I'm not using a consistent GTK theme in the screenshot because changing GTK themes is a d...

...laptop ...CPU overheating and auto shutdown when doing a complex task.. I find that users don't realise that they have to vacuum clean out their cooling ducts very frequently on laptops. If using an OS without adequate cpu (fan as well as current/power) control, there is a thin pad available to ...

Some feedback: Hardware Acer Aspire 5738Z 64-bit laptop: Haven't used Fatdog64 in a while. Tried out the latest 701 yesterday. Spend some time tweaking everything to suit my preferences. Loaded all of the main SFS's; Devx, Wine, 32-bit libs. 32-bit programs seem to be working fine. Wine SFS working ...

Azpainter 1.0.6 64-bit PET

I've created the 64-bit PET under Fatdog 64, then converted it to it's new TXZ format. So for the Fatdog 64 version, only use the TXZ package. I haven't tested the PET on other 64 bit Puppies, so I can't vouch for it. Azpainter is currently the best Paint Tool Sai alternative for Linux. The interfac...

Correction, Sourcery does seem to auto detect dependencies - just not all of them though, and they don't install.

I've downloaded the latest Mariner. So far so good. Some more feedback: * Updating Gslapt, then marking all upgrades and installing them seems to break Gimp, and the desktop seems to become a bit glitchy as well after it, so I've avoided updating everything for now. * In the original LH64, I used sr...

Hi David. The thing with JL64 is it still has the original xorg server (1.12.3). I also reverted back to the original busybox. An upgraded xorg will probably be necessary for further upgrades to mesa. The thing is that xorg progressively does less and less (Xorg has the opposite philosophy as syste...

Hello, thanks for the hard work maintaining this Puppy. I’ve used the original Lighthouse64 since 2013, and (until recently) had been using the same savefile for all that time. Interestingly enough, I managed to get many Slackware 14.1 packages working for it. However, somewhere down the line I mess...

Hard drive sounded like a it was being powered by a drunken hamster in a rusty wheel. ......... I still intend to install Vista as part of a dual boot... You'd be much better off installing Windows 7 instead - but even Win7 will thrash the HD and CPU out of the box. That thrashing can be quite easi...

I've installed Zorin OS on a secondary desktop computer that I had to resurrect after 2 years of non-use. It's a Windows "useless piece of crap" Vista machine. And yeah, this is one of those allegedly "Vista optimized" machines. My arse . Not to mention that my Dad, the previous ...

Ignore my package, I compiled it without OpenGL enabled. There's a much better Slackware package with OpenGL enabled: http://slackonly.com/pub/packages/14.1-x86_64/games/atari800/ It's a 14.1 package, but it works perfectly fine with LH64 Mariner. The steps in my first post still apply. On a side no...

A Windows 98 Fluxbox theme from scratch. It's mostly complete, but still needs some refining:
