running off usb sticks
Have had to use SD cards to run Easy since 0.4 on both my Dell Inspirons 1545 (2 and 3 gb respectively). That's been absolutely fine with both machines being pretty fast. Now since recent fix I can use usb sticks to run Buster 2.1.1 ! Magnificent - very many thanks.

Thanks again for very usable and useful pups. Have frugal installed on a 250gb hard drive on a couple of 2009 vintage Dell Inspiron 1545 machines, one single core other dual core. A big thank you for the impressive 6.0.1
One minor point is that although usb printers are ok, my ancient parallel printer did not work. Adding a missing inode/chardevice lp0: to /dev did the trick for me. (parport was ok)
