Thanks, working well. Installed on sandisk thumb drive, made 4gb save file. Added chrome, devx, java, fluxbox so far, so good...

I tried on a fresh install of tarhpup with devx. It did make a pet package. I got an error "google-chrome.pet is named etc inside pet file". will not install it....

I tried it a few time in tahrpup. The pet it makes was 0mb. It said failed to install. Not sure what the problem is...We need a guitarix pet like this that installs the latest version, that would be epic....I will continue to investigate...Thanks.. My bad, I'm missing this libbfd-2.22.52.0.2.2012042...

Just install the iso, then open quickpets and select tahrpup updates....
Its on the desktop...

I've used some of your other spins with success. My hardware is old. Its a 2.4 Intel p4 with a gig of ram. I used puppy installer & unetbootin to install to a 8gb usb sandisk. I don't have any blank dvd's, that might work. Hopefully someone else will report a successful install...

I logged in, then i got a black screen with a cursor. But, my computer was locked up at that point. I got the same results 4 or 5 times.

It was bootin fine, then it asked for a password. I feel dumb, is this right...
