Quirky Quirks on the Cloudbook Stick

My Cloudbook

My cloudbook bios is very finicky in booting some distributions. The quirky xerus on an f2fs stick runs perfect. (2) Win32 diskimager was used to "write it to a boot stick". Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit boots and runs great, is f2fs aware, Mint 32 bit runs very good on the cloudbook, but lacks f2fs...

I read today that GPT "sticks"may boot better on UEFI.

"DebianDog" install deleted a GPT flashstick. Slacko32 install wouldn't install to a GPT stick.

6.3.0... great f2fs install !! with layered filestem, But...

Awesome f2fs on usb flash, with realtime layered filesystem !! But Wvdial-pupdial is getting "segmentation error" etc with a (dialup usb modem) ... WOW !!

quirky 6.2.1 on 900mghz celeron netbook on 56k dialup

Running fast on celeron 900mghz asus netbook, ide flash drive ext4 format "not journaled",

grub4dos, programs installed include chromium (from latest Mint linux), recoll, foxtrotgps, espeakgui. Chromium works the best on facebook and twitter too...thank you.
