Do a usb install from the puppy universal i...

There is a windows version, but I use the native linux version, available as .tgz just extract it to any drive, including a usb stick and it has all the needed files to run.

The simplest way would be to create multiple frugal installs, so basically each child would have his or her own system, then you modify each pup_save2.fs by removing the programs and functions that you don't want that child to have, another advantage of this system is that you can make a backup copy...

Hey Tux, no problem on the time thing, I've been busy as well, it's interesting that you get so many missing files, I've run this pet many times on many machines with at least 256 megs of ram, by just installing it from the live cd, that is I boot with the pfix=ram paramater and then install cdrdao ...

K3B 1.04 dotpets available for puppy 3 and 4
I've put together a couple of .pets of k3b 1.0.4 with all the dependencies to run in puppy 3 and 4, both are about 15 mbs to download and expand to about 30-35 megs on your system, for puppy 3 you need to have qt 3.3.8 or better installed and for both you need to install cdrdao, I've tested it in a ...
