Probably not.

Thanks for the mention of the "rebuild thumbnails" function. I played with it in the past, but it seemed to have no obvious effect. On closer inspection, it appears to apply only to the selected thumbnail. Strangely, the "select all" function needs to be used to collectively rebu...

I looked for and tried most of the viewing programs listed, but they were quite inadequate save for xnviewmp, which I run on Ubuntu. It is teriribly buggy! My experience is similar to that mentioned above - the program will not play videos in its internal player (but might if video files are associa...

But can this new typeface be incorporated into TeX?

Come to think of it, why would anyone bother? It is often the case that using TeX with one's typeface of choice is an incomprehensible procedure. Imagine having to do that with text that is itself illegible.

TeX is still awesome, though.

Canada does have room for lots more - as long as the "more" are islamic terrorists.

And the muslims have an all-goat-powered energy policy...they're already carbon neutral! It's a win-win.

This is an interesting subject. I looked into it when trying to reduce disk accesses so as to keep my drive from dying early....which brings up the subject of load cycling that is never mentioned on this forum but seems to be set to a ridiculously high value in every puppy I have tried. Perhaps the ...

The labbe bot has a long history of making forum messages entirely by copying and pasting excerpts from articles. They have the added bonus of featuring incredibly long URLs that scroll off the side of the screen. It all has the look of an automated process.

As I said, this may require several steps. You need to see if the kernel recognizes the card, when you run the grep command, you need to look through the dmesg output to see what the kernel is reporting. The dmesg | grep -i hauppauge gives you a starting point with which to look in the dmesg output....
