Thanks for the reply, I did read that thread. It's a good idea, but I don't think that my antiquated laptop will boot a heftier linux other than DSL and Puppy. It may though and I will probably give it a try...it is still a hoop though and still a rather high one...I still think it would be a great ...

Better support for Toshiba laptops
This is definitely a newbie suggestion but sooo many people have such an issue with it...why can't there be better support for Toshiba laptops? A person has to jump through so many hoops to get Puppy working on a Toshiba. It would be nice if it was a bit simpler...
