You need to install this pet if you use squeeze-5.X.3.2.14.2 puppy or puppies that don't have "who". This pet contains "who" to be installed in "/usr/bin/".

You can check by typing "which who". If it exist in the /usr/bin/, then no need to install this pet.

Most likely, that is why i do not connect my windows for internet. It is the puppy that gives me joy in surfing the internet. Puppy is always fast every time i use it for internet viewing.
