I have seen some screenshots of a new window manager: Twindy 1.01 http://www.niallmoody.com/twindy/about.htm. It look great and it seems light too. How can install it on puppy? The downloaded file is tar.gz .

I used 4.2 Deed thought. I didn't have sound , no internet connection (old and new wizard). All solved with Puppies 4.2 Deeper Thought.

It seems that problems with audio are not important in this forum. Most audio problems in this category are unsolved.

When I run alsa wizard to set up the sound , it finds via82xx , but when it proceeds , a message says error (error 564 or something like that). I haven't found any post similar to mine. Any suggestions?

I have a sound problem , too ( and with 4.1.2). My sound card can't be found at all. Is this problem solved?

Great! The phone is Sony Ericsson K530i and it has a usb cable.I'll try it when I'll boot in again in puppy (I'm trying a LiveCD from Kmobiletools based on slax ,right now ,managed to download only tel numbers and sms's).
