unetbootin unetbootin will erase/format your usb drive!! BUT it automatically does the rest fo you! check it out. How to add text to a file in a script?
I'm working on a script and I'll post my script after this, it already works except I don't want to manually have to add this to path . So I want it complete before i present it! and From what i can see, export only works for that script process so I want to add /root/bin to my path in /etc/profile....

hmm... you want a LiveCD system? you do not want a save file but want to expand the system on command? for example with some games ALREADY installed to a pen drive, you just want to be able to pop in the drive and load the game on the LiveCD without a save file?
