Zoom update

The squashfs module built with the instructions above makes a fully compatible Zoom client.

I didn't try to run it as a meeting administrator.

xenial64 7.5
That's an old version of PeasyPort. Newer ones have improvements for scanning slow networks like WiFi.

They are available in Fred's Debian Live repos.

Mike Walsh wrote:which ISObooter insists on
That requirement comes from Grub4Dos, not ISObooter.

ISObooter simply generates a menu.lst file that G4D will use to boot the device and the ISOs therein.

When you open the device in Gparted, does it show you the current filesystem? If so, reformat it in the same filesystem. However, if the phone is formatting the card in something like exfat, you will have a problem. You could try formatting the card as fat32 or ntfs. Hopefully the phone can read them.

Re: wireguard install

openresolv conflicts with frisbee and peasywifi, Just out of curiosity, is the issue here that you want to control the contents of /etc/resolv.conf instead of the DHCP server? You can do this in PWF by creating the file /etc/resolv.conf.head See line 28 of /etc/pwf/udhcpc/default.script. Or you cou...

Connecting SD card directly to laptop I get the same messages.

That would suggest that the SD card itself is corrupted.

I would reformat it in Gparted and start again.

Puppy and its firewall apps have been around for a long time now.

I want to see the statistical evidence that Puppy users who run WITHOUT a firewall suffer more damage than those who run WITH a firewall.

Install it using the stretch-live-frugal-install tool. It will automatically generate the correct menu.lst entry.

There is a link on Page 1 for the tool. See #2.

The 32bit build of the Stretch Starter Kit is still available here. It will run fine on your hardware.
