Wow, I've got to say, this is really cool. Thanks for taking the time to explain it Scott, I just had a go and was successful in creating a pet build for libxfce4util-4.12.1.tar.bz2. I'm going to go ahead and dumb things down even further for anyone else also wanting to have a go at the deeper world...

Gimp and Audacity aren't preincluded, but they are favorites of mine and the first thing I reach to install in any Puplet.

That's curious hmm. I opened up the Whisker's menu deb and there doesn't seem to be anything in there that would cause a segfault. Did you compile Redshift yourself Belham or is it a converted deb? Could you send me a link? I'll try reproduce the issue. Glad though that you've had less issues from y...

I finally got around to doing a XenialPup64 Woof build. Had a few hiccups due to misunderstanding the instructions (like trying to run the commands in the wrong folder). Looks like to answer my question, if I use Woof-CE and build a Xenial build, will it come out exactly like Phil's XenialPup? the b...

An aside: Do you have a server box in your household? I'm supposed to be setting on up some time in the next month or so, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Are you finding you transfer times subpar? I switch the Thunar custom 'Show Full Path' to 'Copy Full Path' as I do that quite a lot and it s...

Evening Marv, Back: Simple answer to Retrovol thing. Looking at the r3 main SFS, Retrovol is disabled. Wasn't in r2. Enabled it and it's up. Oops yeah, I thought with all the trouble with Retrovol I'd just chuck it out and use Xfce mixer instead. It worked well on my test machines, not sure why Xfce...
