Hi.

I'm compiling some programs.
The data of some of them are going to /usr/local/share.

But I want ot have them in /usr/share.

In make i can set a prefix: make --prefix/usr

I searched the cmake manual but couldn't find anything related to --prefix...

How to do this in cmake?

Try here:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/6003374/what-is-cmake-equivalent-of-configure-prefix-dir-make-all-install

Seems to be what you need.

Ok,

I found it in a readme file of another program:

-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=[PREFIX]

or

-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr

Thanks for the link and reply, Keef.
