Hi,
i am trying to install the said modem under Puppy. But I'm doing something wrong, it is detected (and added as /dev/usb/USBtty0), but doesn't respond.

any help would be appreciated; i guess someone with more knowledge about modem could easily solve this issue.

by the way, I'm using eBoxPup 0.1 / Puppy 2.13

for the interested, i finally did it.
check the above thread - you have to plug the modem in before you boot. weird, but true.
