How to roll back Firefox?

i have 2 save files, 1 has old ff, 1 is a keeper w new ff. how do i copy old files over new ones pls and keep the rest?

u can find save files in ~/.mozilla/firefox
and u can see also profiles.ini file into this folder, open it with text editor
u can start firefox with -p option in command line and choose another profile

sorry no. must o'write bad update. is there a copy and paste i can use

sorted. copied old sfs file and did the horrible: started new save file without internet, turning updates off. works fine. thx.
