Been playing a lot with linux over the years and finally found the perfect distro. No bloat or a lot of eye candy and super fast. Reminds me of the old DOS days.
I am running Slackware64 14.1 on a Lenovo Think pad. I am using SeaMonkey web browser and their email client. The email icon is very tiny compared to the rest. Is there a way to make it larger or perhaps change the icon to something different that is bigger.
Hope I am posting my question in the right place or suggest where I could looks.

The ThunderBird and Seamonkey programs are related, so
it's not really cheating.
Also, you'll find various sizes of the seamonkey icon in this
seamonkey directory; < .../seamonkey/chrome/icons/default >
There's one of the "Messenger window" there too. You could associate
it with seamonkey's mail app.
If it's not exactly to your liking, you can edit it in mtpaint.
Hint: typical size of ROX desktop icons is 48x48 pixels.

You may also find some mail icons in /usr/share/pixmaps/puppy/
Try an svg icon which is scalable without losing sharpness, unlike some other graphics formats which get fuzzier the bigger you make them.
Or browse the net for email icons and copy any you like to /usr/share/pixmaps/ and follow bigpup's guide above.

Perhaps more helpful
I'm not sure what icon you have for Seamokey. I like the attached which is at 96 pixels. You can Right-Click it, Save Image As, open it in mtpaint or gimp and scale it up. Maybe rox won't scale it back too much.

More Accurate Seamonkey
Attached is a seamonkey icon which more accurately reflects our "Blue Marble".
Affected by the heightened sensitivity my country is experiencing, I took a close look at the icon I previously provided and realized how much I assumed, took for granted and failed to question.
As a consequence of improper education, Americans have a distorted view of their place on 'The Blue Marble'. Only recently have American students been exposed to Winkel-tripel maps*, such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winkel_tripel_projection. The United States is neither at the center of the World, nor occupies a commanding coverage of its surface. Oceans cover over 70%.
Hopefully, this icon does a better job.
You are, of course, free to download one of the many photos from space and GIMP the attached to give your particular neck of the woods greater prominence.
* It wasn't part of my education. I originally referred to Mercator Maps, which I had occasionally noticed. After posting, I remembered that there were other ways of dealing with the problems of projecting a 3 dimensional object onto a 2 dimensional surface. The paragraph was edited to reflect what I now consider the compromise best able to present the most accurate appreciation of physical reality 'at a glance' --that is without undertaking a detailed analysis and consideration of the "ands, ifs and buts"; and especially not the political sensibilities of the butts.

I am not sure about slackware64 14.1, but if you look for /usr/share/applications you will find .desktop files. if you open some of these files in a text editor, you should be able to see which size icons are used on most of the desktop. look for a line such as Icon=seamonkey xxxx
it points to the icon in another location and if the xxx is 24 or 32 or 48 or some such number that may indicate it's size, you may be able to edit that line to point to a more appropriately sized icon.
It's always a good idea to make a copy of any configuration file before attempting edits, in case things don't work out as hoped.
