cant get my Usb modem to work

Hi
I have CDMA Fixed Wireless Phone(FWP) model LG LSP 350T
This is connected to a pci to usb card on my pc.

my pc is P3 450 with 64mb ram .
My pc has 2 usb 1 ports not in use and I have installed as usb 1 card in a pci slot to which the modem is connected

I tried this

But i cant get it working
I get this out put

I got same results for both of them
