Getting HP PSC1315 Printer Setup in 2.15CE

#1 Post by azurehi »

I see that my printer hp psc 1315 listed in the puppy compatible printer list http://puppylinux.org/wikka/PrintersWorking but I cannot get it to work. I'm a newbie and don't understand how - step-by-step - to setup this printer. Do I need to download the cups driver hplip and, if so, where/how. I've looked thepackages but don't see this. Any help appreciated - thanks.

Your scanner too is working?
My one is not recognized by xsane with Puppy4.1.2.retro, but it works perfectly under Mandriva and Ubuntu!
Thanks
