First, sorry for my bad English.
I have heared about puppy for 1 month. I love puppy because it run very fast, and it is not require fast hardware. My CPU is CE 633, 128MB, but, when i make puppy boot dual with Windows XP, it run very fast => That Great

But, I dont know how to translate Puppy into Vietnamese Language?
In puppy 2.15CE, i had i problems when i tried to install a 'X Input Method for Vietnamese'. It dont work because Puppy has not UTF-8 locale (not included in ISO).

How can i create a puppy version base on puppy 2.15CE, but, it is in Vietnamese language ( may be i will translate but by myself, but how can i do it?), remove some program that i dont want to use, add new program (EX: GNome, or KDE..) and export it to sfs format?

Where can it find a manual to solve this problem? Please
