Gaim crashes

Has any one had probs with Gaim crashing. It seems to be fine when I'm using it to chat most of the time. Then it seems to crash frequently when I'm chating to a particular person. They are using XP but so are many of the other folks I chat to. I've tried it while not running any other web software but it will still crash. I can use it to chat to someone else and it will be fine.

Maybe someone out there has encounted this...and has a solution.

Gaim is reliable as far as I know
