So, the problem is this.
When I first booted from live-cd, I got the startup sound from my speakers. Then I just installed it on my HD and didn't test the sounds any more.
Now, when I run Puppy I don't hear any sounds and all sound related programs show I don't have a sound card! But I do HAVE a sound card!
Sound ok from live CD but no sound after HD install
Problem solved
Ok, got it solved by re-installing Puppy..
