Intel PRO/100 VE network connection.

Hi guys I am having some problems with the regarding network adaptor. First I have 2.13 on which there were no sound and network then I move to 2.15. After installing 2.15 the sound is running well but still the network card disagree to cooperate with me.
Whenever I try to install its drivers it says "wrong driver try another driver" even though it is in the network card list. When I try to install windows driver it says that "ndiswrapper failed to install the drivers".
