Any way to prevent printing pdf files?

is something included in puppy to protect pdf files (no printing and so on)??

I think you could try importing it into Scribus, and export it again as another PDF. You could encrypt the file in that step.

Perhaps there is a simpler way (may be using ps2pdf or something like that)

Both look like options:

Scribus, after selecting export hit the security tab and it's all right there.

-dEncryptionR=number
Defines the encryption method revision number - either 2 or 3.

I was interested myself ;-)

Maybe pdftk (http://www.accesspdf.com/pdftk) can do what u are looking for:
