Is there a boot-log?

#1 Post by flamesage »

For some reason, when I boot up puppy, I see a bunch of "so and so" is more recent than "so and so".

Among other small errors, I want to fix theese, im one of those people that get aggeravted when something is broke, even if it doesn't effect anything =)

maybe you will find what you are looking for with this:

# cat /var/log/messages|more

# dmesg|more

I think I know what you are talking about specifically with your example. It is a message more than an error. You should be able to fix it by touching the file pror to its time check and message.
