I am longing to try the 'Dancer', now that it has a working modem dialup tool in place, but how about Bluetooth ? I used to dialup to the internet via BT to my cellphone, I wish to run Puppy on one of those USB dougle with build in flash memory, that will give one more reason I quit using other distro.

Puppy already contains the bluetooth modules (drivers).
Now you need the bluetooth utilities -
