REQUEST- Gxine Add-on?

#1 Post by flamesage »

If it's possible, I think it would be a neat addition to add like a small program, when launched, would set a small little tray (or posablly in the menu, where the clock is) a few basic commands, play, jump to next song, stop, volume, etc.

And when a new song starts, it should come up in a little box by the icon "so and so song is now playing" or something.

I think it would be neat, but I doubt it could be done. =(

it is already included in the xmms dotpup package
if you have xmms installed, you have the wmxmms dockapp installed too

i forgot the background picture for wmxmms when i made the dotpup, but it's available as a seperate dotpup

see: http://www.goosee.com/puppy/wikka/DotPups
press ctrl+F to search for xmms

For some reason, XMMS won't start, I installed it, clicked the icon, nothing happened.
