toppler-1.1.3: weird game with object to get to top of tower

to run this game type toppler, or click on /usr/bin/toppler. this is the latest version & includes a new "mission" & background music.

N.B. toppler1-1.1.3-i486.pet contains the binary & data files, whereas toppler2-1.1.3-i486.pet has the .ogg sound file & locales. Probably both are required for it to work, and it also requires SDL libs.

i've removed the previous version of this game, which was toppler-1.1.1 & added toppler-1.1.3.
