Lobster, so you managed to remaster the CD! The script was broken, and I have just fixed it -- see blog.

You can't keep a good dog down.
Thanks for fixing the script. I used Dougals script but chose the 'simple' method - really very pleased you have added 'create ISO' . . .

I had a lot of trouble creating Prism - finally had to issue an older version where the compiling worked.

Really I should use unleashed but this remaster method is quick clean and easy . . . and now for 3.01 it seems will also work . . .
:)

There is another remaster of Puppy 3.00 called 'Fire Hydrant'

:)

And now for something completely different: At the moment it seems some Puppys are involved in (or being accused of) issuing death threats for a bad review that does not even exist. I nearly fell off my seaweed laughing. I thought I was crazy.

As usual I don't have the good sense to avoid the comments section on Distrowatch were the saga continues . . .
Do we take such nonsense seriously or just continue playing with Puppy OS . . .

I presume you meant "playing with Puppy OS..." :P

Look, the DWW Comments section is just a bunch of jerks being jerks ie jerking each other's chains! Call the FBI? Yeah, like they've got nothing better to do! Sheesh! Ms Martin would be well pleased with the publicity she's receiving from her original "opinion". Please, please, let it DIE! Oops! Was that a death threat?

Difference between Prism3.iso and tmxxine-301.iso

#7 Post by burggraf2 »

In your download directory, you have a tmxxine-301.iso at 322 megs, and a prism3.iso at 408 megs.

What's the difference between these two files?
