burn an audio cd?

#1 Post by toddr »

I really have two questions.
1) How do I burn an audio cd using grafburn from an mp3?
2) How do I copy an audio cd from one drive to another?
I am setting up a recording box using audacity with Puppy. audacity works great on puppy and I really need to be able to do both of these things. Thanks.

If you mean to burn a CD that will play in a regular CD player, first convert the .mp3 file to a .wav file with Puppy's Pawdioconverter (Menu > Multisession > Pawdioconverter,) then burn the .wav file to the CD. I've not burned any audio CDs in Puppy but there are several burning programs that should be able to do the job in Menu > Multisession...

The grafburn GUI is very simple to follow.

At what point is it's GUI causing you confusion or the program failing?

As far as copying cds, you might be missing cdrdao, so its attached here if you need it.
