 rp-ppoe: Alice Flat, Sphairon Modem, Verbindung langsam |

Heute habe ich mein Sphairon-Modem (DSL-Provider 'Alice') unter Puppylinux eingerichtet (rp-ppoe).
Ich konnte erst ins Internet, nachdem ich manuell einen DNS-Server eingerichtet hatte.
Leider ist die Verbindung sehr langsam und ich weiss nicht warum.

Gerade wollte ich noch meine Konfiguration nachsehen um sie zu posten, da ist mir selber noch eine Idee gekommen:
- Ich habe jetzt 'Use synchronus PPP' deaktiviert und es ist viel besser.
- Ein Test auf www.wieistmeineip.de brachte die erwarteten Resultate.
Mein Problem ist also schon gelöst. 
Nur noch mal der Vollständigkeit halber. Ich musste in RP-PPPoE (Roaring Penguin) Username, Passwort, DNS angeben und synchronus PPP deaktivieren.
Meine Netzwerk-Einstellungen lauten:
static IP
IP-Adress: 192.168.49.0
Net Mask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: ppp0
Primary: 213.191.74.11
Secondary: 213.191.92.82

Ah klasse, es ist doch immer schön, wenn jemand selbst die Lösung findet (und dann auch mitteilt) 
Ich hatte selbst lange Alice genutzt, kann mich an diese Option aber nicht erinnern, deshalb konnte ich nicht helfen.
