Install first Gtkbasic-003:
http://dotpups.de/puppy3/dotpups/Programming/GtkBasic003/

Then download:
http://puppyfiles.org/stuff/Control-Center-Maker.tar.gz

Extract in /usr/local

Then type in a console:
cd /usr/local/Control-Center-Maker
./build-cc

You can choose a name, like "My-Control-Center"

Then click on
/usr/local/My-Control-Center/My-Control-Center

You now should see (see screenshot "My-Control-Center.jpg"):

This is a very simple example of an icewm configuration utility.
Too few options yet, to release it "standalone", but already working.
It will modify /root/.icewm/preferences, when you click on "save".

I included a detailed readme.txt.
This enables you to adapt the CC for own purposes.
Take 1-2 hours time to try that out, it is not trivial!
I tried to make it as simple as possible, but this is a complex topic as such, so you will need your time to understand it.

I will try to answer all questions that you might have.
I also will add more options in the next days/weeks.
