Sub_title: ncpfs or samba mount and login

Hi, Has anyone managed to login to a Novell Netware network with puppy 3.01?

I am on a netware 6.5 network at work. I managed to adapt a Debian ncpfs2.2.6-4 package which works with puppy2.17 but won't with 3.01.

I've seen some mention that samba might work.

I'm both a linux noob and network noob so don't have much depth of knowledge here. Should I compile ncpfs in 3.01? Is there some slackware package or patch that would work?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
