I tried it but there is no town or city recognised so I can't register, seems silly to me that you must live in an area or country that is part of their database before you can join.

...just pick the closest place that they DO have... Then you can write your real town in the ShoutOut box ... The important thing is to "Represent!" Get on the Board, Say Hi, Publicize your Town, Show your Pic!
