Here is a new sound file (pawed cast) in ogg vorbis format - created in audacity (dotpup) but I have also done them in Puppys in built recorder . . .
You download it here . . .
http://www.yourfilehost.com/media.php?c ... wed106.ogg
. . . turn up your volume (Puppy sound is set too low) with the snack xtmixersound mixer (I usually click and drag the red dot on the volume control) and click on the downloaded file

Well I'm new to podcasting, I started doing research on it today. I found this tutorial.
http://radio.about.com/od/podcastin1/a/aa030805a.htm
It mentioned RSS feeds in it and it showed how to set up a simple RSS feed for a podcast. When a podcast program detects a new audio file, it will download it for the person.
RSS feeds are used for more than just podcasting. They're used for news, blogs, etc.
I am considering doing a podcast show now. I've had some radio show ideas, but I don't have access to a radio station, and I'm not really a pro, just an ameteur, but being a musician who does his own recording, I also know some about audio, and I think doing a podcast might be cool.
