EeePC 900 has anyone got sound working with Puppy 2.14?

Hello Everyone,
I have a EeePC 900 series with Windows XP on it. I tested Puppy 4.0.5 alpha on an SD Card and sound works. I would prefer to run TEENpup 2008 based on Puppy 2.14 on it, but the sound doesn't work.

Has anyone had any luck getting their sound working. Any ideas?

Subject description: problem with hampup distro		  
anybody had experiance with he pskmail puppy distro? i can hear tthe sound but only just. very very quiet. i have done all the obvious and now im stuck.
mixer, hotkeys, volume all ok. distro is ok on my seimens laptop and eeepc sound is ok on other os.
