Puppy Linux forum for Chinese-speaking users

The world-first (I think) Puppy Linux forum in Chinese has been set up!!

Sccat, one of our i18n expert, is the one who brought up this great idea. Speak Chinese? Go say woof woof!

Don't forget to add this to both the Traditional Chinese & Simple Chinese wiki pages and update the link(s) to the new web site.
