How do I create man pages for puppy?

What is the process for creating man pages for puppy and making them accessible from puppy's 'man system'?

you can type something like
man2html example.1 > example.html
to convert a man file to an html file ... if example.html is put in /usr/share/doc, then typing man example should display the html page

Also, man2html is in usr_devx.sfs, not in the live-cd.
